Cedar Rock

The winter of 2016-2017 broke the drought for most of California. The much-needed rainfall refilled reservoirs and replenished soils. After a heat wave in late August and early September, the harvest slowed to a normal pace and resulted in grapes of refined quality. This wine pairs beautifully with herb-baked chicken, grilled or poached salmon, mac & cheese or a Caesar salad. Delightful by the glass on its own.
