Ripe black cherry aromas with hints of tobacco and herbal spice lead to smoky black cherry and spiced plum flavors on the palate, and a plush, lingering finish. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and a round mouthfeel, our Merlot pairs well with many foods, but makes an exceptional partner for herb-roasted meats and chicken, plank-grilled salmon, hearty spaghetti Bolognese, and earthy mushroom risotto.
