Our GAZE Kombucha cocktail was designed by blending a slightly sweet Moscato with the herbaceous Kombucha tea, creating a refreshing wine cocktail that is light yet balanced with tangy flavors from the Kombucha. The tiny bubbles carry the savory flavors from the brewed tea in which Kombucha is made, creating a perfect balance that is classically tart but wonderfully sweet.
