Our reserve 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is from diverse, premium fruits throughout a variety of small vineyards spanning the Napa Valley. In our 2018 vintage we combine old world wine-making techniques and modern technology to make wines that reflect the unique style of Silvia Cellars Italian heritage. This Napa Valley Cabernet sets the standard for quality and will age beautifully for the next 15 years. Aged for 14 months in 30% new French oak barrels, then we keep it 14 months in the bottle before we release the wine. Enjoy this gem. Only 547 cases produced. SALUTE!
