Taub Family Vyds Morisoli Borges Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Deep, black, garnet-purple in color. Displays beautiful layers of dense, concentrated, dark fruit, with a powerful, voluminous mouthfeel underscored by dusty tannins and well-integrated toasted oak. The voluptuous mouthfeel and polished structure build in intensity to an exceedingly long finish, accentuated by the mouth-coating tannins. Pure black cherry, plum, and black currant combine with subtle sweet notes of vanilla, crème de cassis, licorice and cocoa powder, intertwined with more complex hints of graphite, crushed slate, candied nuts, and roasted coffee beans.
