Noble Tree Russian River Pinot Noir 2018

WINEMAKING & TASTING NOTES Harvested at 24.5 brix, the grapes were cold soaked for five days, 18% whole clusters. A 3-week fermentation followed with gentle punch downs were performed twice a day to ensure bright aromatics and a refreshing palate. This wine is aged for ten months in neutral French oak. A very clean, classic Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, the nose offers bright fresh raspberry, rose, and ground cinnamon. The surprisingly luscious palate displays strawberry, pomegranate, and violet. The wine finishes with a hint of vanilla, subtle tannins with bright, satisfying acidity.
