WINEMAKING & TASTING NOTES The terroir provides for a compelling expression of Chalk Hill – Russian River Valley fruit at its finest. This wine was made using traditional winemaking techniques including fermentation and aging in concrete eggs tanks along with restrained use of French Oak barrels. On the nose, notes of subtle stone fruit and ripe citrus. The crisp mouth feel shows great potential for developing classic Rhône varietal viscosity. White peach intertwined with a wet stone minerality make this a great food pairing wine or great on its own as an aperitif.
