CADE Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

The CADE Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from five vineyards on Howell Mountain, including the CADE Estate Vineyard, CADE 13th Vineyard, Ink Grade Vineyard, Cold Springs, and Eagle Summit. The 2018 vintage was on the cooler side, a little later than normal, and very abundant! The resulting wine is fantastic with aromas of blueberry, boysenberry, raspberry coolie, roasted coffee, baking spices, and rose petal. The wine has flavors of mulberry jam, dark cherry, cola, graham cracker, caramel, and boysenberry pie. The structure and tannin of this wine are classic Howell Mountain.
